I just wanted to post something out here to let people know that I haven't forgotten about the blog. I will be posting something about a common topic for PSP members concerning Nafas or breathing. Especially as it relates to combat within pencak silat pertempuran.
It's a relatively large topic but I am working on making it presentable and easy to understand.
